Woke at 208.2. Extra water showing in the numbers. Targeting 1900 calories today but out for dinner and a show tonight so may have to adjust tomorrow. No workout either except for stairs at work. UPDATE: Forgot some Greek yogurt that I ate last night. I added that and that takes today's target intake to 1824 calories.

208 not bad after football weekend, I think sometimes football weekend is worst than major holidays!!! Tons of Sodium food!!!!
