Woke up inexplicably at 208.2 after three days of waking at 206 and getting to 203 after workout. Maybe it was the early hour. Ate very light at work (under 600 calories) in anticipation of dinner out at the Kennedy Center before a play. But the fancy restaurant was closed for a private party and their cafeteria style place did not have a carving station, only sandwiches and a salad bar. So I had a nice salad with chicken in it and ended up under 1500 calories even with a few glasses of wine and a cordial. Bonus! Starving at 11pm, however, so I’m feeling it! But weighed in at 208.6. LOTS of water showing. Maybe I’ll get some scale love in the morning.

I hear you about water, My calories were good yesterday but sodium through the roof. I found this delicious baby dill pickles at save a lot- Zero calories per pickle but 210 sodium each!
