Happy with this eating day. Had lots of great food and got close to all my macro and calorie targets, including sodium. (Forgot to add the Greek nonfat yogurt that I added to my smoothie. That adds 76 more calories and blows my 1000 calorie deficit!)

Targets: 70 fat, 132 carbs, 200 protein, 40 fiber, <1500 sodium, 1959 cals
Ate: 85 fat, 147 carb, 198 prot, 46 fib, 1254 sod, 2050 cals (2992 used, 942 deficit)
Running avg: 88 fat, 174 carb, 186 prot, 2275 cals (3393 used, 1118 deficit)

I am learning to not let my waking weight upset me anymore. It has so many factors that make it what it is. Your food looks great and you are getting plenty of exercise ... no probs.
