So I officially picked up a cold over the weekend. Felt rotten last night. Actually got to bed at 8:47 and I have to go back decades to remember the last time I did that. Up at six but called in sick and back to bed. Got up at noon and got a 205.2 weigh in. Still achy, so not going to work out today but will eat a light diet with lots of good food. Started out with cottage cheese, grapefruit, and tea with honey. Have a good day, everyone.
