Morning weigh in of 207.4. BRUTAL battle going on as I fight my body to drop weight, ounce by ounce. Will eat a full 1700 calories today. Will be traveling tomorrow for a racing event in Pennsylvania. Our tradition is a full diner breakfast and dinner out after the event. Will eat above 2000 probably. Our anniversary is Tuesday, so Denise and I will likely have dinner out on Sunday. Let's just say that eating too little will not be an issue this weekend. Will adjust next week to hit a 1700 per day calorie average by next Friday. Going to try to ramp up hourly walks around my city block today in an attempt to hit 10000 steps per day consistently. Have a great weekend, everyone.

Gotta get to a whoosh. Maybe the extra calories this weekend will help. Stranger things happen, as you know. But the walking around the city - nice. And, happy early anniversary!

Happy early Anniversary! You will eventually knock those lbs off. Just a matter of time. The body certainly tries to hold on to every pound, especially this time of year. Fight on Warrior, you will get there! Have a great weekend. Then next week back to paying the piper.
