Welcome to September FS collaborators! I've set myself a goal for this month that feels both ambitious and doable. I want to hit my next mini-goal of 210 lbs., which would be a 7.5 lb loss from today. I wish you all well in meeting your own goals for improving your health and enjoyment of life! 7.5 pounds is a good goal for the month. I usually set a goal of 5-7 pounds and then am thrilled when I lose 8.

Here's to your goal Erika! My goal is to drop 5-6 lbs this month. That would take me down to 215-216 lbs. By end of December I plan on being 200 lbs on weigh-in. Let's inspire all your commenters to meet their goals on a weekly basis.

Small monthly goals are wonderful as they keep us moving toward what seems like a far off goal. WE can do this! I am aiming for 5 - 6 pounds this month.

I came to the same conclusion about bump-ups - don't record. They are usually undeserved and don't deserve to be recorded!

Hello Erikahollister firstly what can one say. You have heenan through he'll and back. What an awful 😖 thing to happen. Hopefully now you are starting on a safety road to recovery. We are all good for each other on this site. So you can talk about anything and people are very kind and supportive. As you have read I too gave been through he'll and high water. If I can find a branch of true recovery and a good and happy life. Then you will too. I am routing for you Erikahollister and you will come good. I will watch this space.
