Morning weigh in at 206.4 after our big dinner out last night. Got the adjustment day planned out. Coconut oil coffee in the morning, kale salad for lunch, sweet peppers for snack, and two protein waters for hydration. Will go home at 525 calories and will have salmon and veggies. Treadmill workout tonight. Enjoy the day!
