Ate a 900 calorie adjustment day but weighed in at 207.2 before dinner (after only 400 calories). That's definitely water from the carbs at our dinner out last night. Will do a treadmill workout tonight and then 1400 cals a day through the weekend to get back on my 1600 calorie average goal. Trying to hit the 190s by June 26 (or July 1 at the latest).
Update: The UPS guy delivered my P90X tonight. Will begin to read about it after my hour on the treadmill. But he also brought me some Bob's Red Mill Oat Granola... so, one cup later, the calories are up to 1200 something for the day. Oh well... workout fuel, I guess! ;)
