Kicked off my new 1840 per day regimen today. Got close on a nice Sunday. Will adjust on Monday to get on track for a 1950 per week average. With only one week in June at 2160, I can get it done with an 800 calorie day on Monday. Then 2100 on Tuesday as I'll be doing treadmill.

I am going the other way and adding 1 mile to my daily walk, which will make 6.25 miles.

I'm so jealous of how many cals you get to maintain. When I get to my final goal of 110 my maintainance cals will only be 1100-1500 a day. That leaves out cheese cake except on really special days like ever fifth birthday. LOL

Gotta give hugh thanks for MIT chow diet advice. Knew the cals on this site wasn't right but didn't realize how wrong. Now I got me a spreadsheet to follow and feel ok to eat out and not be quite to retentive about calories. beeing able to adjust for a month is much easier than adjusting day to day.
