Draglist's Journal, 27 Feb 14

Good morning! Stayed right at 212.0 for the morning weigh in, which equals my pre-dinner number last night. That's good news because I've been gaining a few overnight after dinner lately. Targeting about 1900 calories today. Will lift weights after work.

At least you are keeping your weight fairly steady. Good for you keeping up with your weight lifting regimen.

I'm having the same problem. I am really not sure what is happening either. I stick to my calorie goals and not one ounce is lost, I gain! I am at 1800 calories myself. Good luck to you.

Probably good that you skipped Tuesday night. I read that we often underestimate the value of a good night's sleep in weight loss!
