Up a few pounds from this morning, even before dinner. I ate about 1100 calories between breakfast and lunch and I guess that added weight. I made my 1900 calorie target tonight and then I got into those damned peanuts. Still not too far off. Weight lifting tonight but no exercise on Friday as Denise is meeting me out for dinner. Will do treadmill at the end of the 16:8 fast on Saturday morning and hopefully, will have good numbers then.

Gosh, I know what you mean about those damned peanuts. On my vacation, the bar would always have a dish of salted peanuts, if I would say yes to "one", I may as well have said yes to "all". Once I start...Oh well, tomorrow is another day. Cheers

funny how peanuts make you thirsty, bit like pretzels LOL now I sound like Kramer in Seinfeld, do you think that's why they put them on the bar? Don't sweat it Bill you're in the right place your numbers are brilliant and you gotta live.
