Happy 😃 happy 😃 Wednesday.....

I normally start my daily fasting at 11am-12 pm each day....and that runs into my morning ride/ workout in zwift....that’s usually around 6am or so when I’m riding and trying to take in enough supplements to fuel me thru the ride....for me....supplements work for the ride...but being on a fast before the ride...the supplements are like appetizers.....and then when I eat breakfast...well...let’s face it....my tummy would like seconds of breakfast....but the kitchen is closed....

I’m doing a Strava challenge this month...400 km by end of month...yesterday I had 348 km....and today would be my 4th day of riding...but my body is tired...I’m sure I can do 5 miles...but it doesn’t stop at 5 ....it never stops at just 5....I’m thinking today the recliner gets my body to recover...then Thursday..Friday..Saturday......ride like the wind...and end my month ....last month around 245 in miles...this month more...shooting for 2021 miles by end of year...but thinking as year goes on....it will add up...

Noticed my Fitbit wasn’t synced with fatsecret yesterday...when I have calories out...so set that up again.....

Fitbit told me this morning...I had lost more inches....I knew last night I was burning calories at 6pm...sitting in recliner....cause I was sitting there thinking about breakfast today...lol....as I sit here journaling...that mood has passed....but it is 4am....feed time at 7am or so....coffee is already made and waiting....

I guess today is recovery day....means lots of extra sleep today....I sleep great at nite....but my days off....seems like that’s all I do....I mean it’s light chores compared to regular days....just enough to get thru the day...

Well....have a fantastic positive day....

I totally get that. There's days where I want to go to the gym but with all the lactic acid I just can't. I grow on the couch not in the gym. Had a trainer tell me that.

Hello, fellow indoor rider! You are a bit more organised than me. I am enjoying it. BUT, I am a swimmer not a cyclist so can't wait to get back to the pool when this lockdown is over

Ty Anne_145...my setup..of riding was from my poor eyesight..with the world the way it is..you may have to look outside the box..to enjoy your swimming..not sure how you would do that..just came to me

Ty Judyrose1997...most people sleep 7-8 hours....so..that’s fasting time...plus 2-3 more added to it....it does take time to get in habit of fasting that long everyday....and I pretty well indulge in my eating window from time to time...(dq milk shakes)....I don’t even notice an up day in weight unless I neglect my water thru the day....

I also do the fasting, usually 12 noon to 10am. In those 2 hours I can enjoy whatever I want and still lose weight, plus I am not hungry during the fast. I drink lots of water and am satisfied. Had gotten off track, but I am had a great day yesterday so I am back to it. Have a great Wednesday Wannab!

Actually I was headed to bed...when the thought of food entered my mind....once I layer down...sheep were jumping the fence...and I hate lamb chops...so they was safe...

Wannabhealthier, data transfer from my Fitbit account to FS was so unreliable that I now enter my calories burned manually...

My fitbit never had syncd with fs for maybe a year. I emailed they said it's my issue their end is fine. But they'd look into it. I just use my weekly stat report from fitbit to make sure my CI doesn't exceed my CO.

hebrews1036....how many times has a service said yes we have a problem....any time somethings not working and i call..or rmail..o no we have no problem...then a few days later...its like shazam....its working...hmmmm
