Happy 😃 🚲🚲....Thursday

Gotta say...4am wake up call....no problem...but taking a day off....and then being in mood to ride next day....my body wants 2 days off...it’s same every time I rest a day...just a matter of ignoring that feeling and being on bike/trainer by 5am to get my zwift ride in...yes...by end of workout...I’m always happy I pushed myself to ride...

Ate chili yesterday...waiting for the after effects...lol...I was hungry yesterday on my day off...was looking for fast meal..opened a can...ate the whole can....yes I was miserable after eating the whole can....but full...

All the snow is gone...48 today after in the 60s yesterday....odd February...

Resting heart rate 53 still at same number...and that’s fine...better then in the 60s or higher at first of month..progress from a different view...means fat is burning...got the furnace burning the fat....


I slept really good last night...I usually turn ipad off 3 hours before bedtime....and then quit using phone about 2 hours before bedtime....it seems to free my mind of the things going on around me...how ever....fasting like I do...I have to say...my dreaming is always going full steam...usually when I wake up...it’s like how stupid was that dream...

Not sure what rest of day holds yet...

your awesome. so consistent. such a great picture of enjoying the journey. when you said riding is a pleasure and not a chore it blessed me. so often were just trying to get to the prize we miss the journey. and once we get "there" we get bored and quit. at least I used to. thanks man. appreciate you.

Ty hebrews1036...i just really enjoy riding..even though its inside..its my thinking time...yes i have head phones on..zumba music playing.. but by the time my hour or so is over...get me off the bike...lol

Wannab you are so right! When you exercise you keep it up and you want it - when you relax you keep that up and you want it. Our bodies are weird! Congrats on getting the ride in today and enjoying it!👏😊

morganstuart...like everything in life...look on you tube...get ideas...then go for it...hint...wear comfy clothes..you dont want soreness in wrong place..lol

Ha! I love stupid dreams!!! I wish I could record all my dreams and play them back! Great job pushing through and getting that work out in! I have days where I don't want to too, but I'm always glad I did too! I especially hate ab day! 😋 Hoping it will get easier! Keep that furnace burning! 😊🔥

Ty bearnoggin....ive noticed that i seem to dream more...doing my 18 hour fast everyday...as for being in the mood..i just got everything turned on for fridays ride...and i kno i need to workout...but..lol..
