Draglist's Journal, 12 Feb 14

Weird day. Ate a huge breakfast at an event, but stayed within my macros. Ate a protein bar late in the day, then left early to come home. Weighed in at about 4:30 pm, before dinner but also before working out. The combination of the above put me at 217.0 but with pretty good other numbers. Will finish out the day and then look again in the morning. Will record IIFYM numbers later tonight. I expect to be on track on all but probably a bit low on fiber, which is super hard to get at the proper levels.

Here are the 2/12/14 Tanita Numbers (pre-dinner, pre-workout):

Weight - 217.0
Total body fat pct - 16.4
Total body water pct - 60.3
Visceral fat rating - 9
Muscle mass lbs. - 172.4
Physique rating - 6
Bone mass lbs. - 8.8
Daily calories: 4264 (BMR 2339)
Metabolic age - 24

Nice that you were able to stay within your macros while eating on the go. I know there are a lot of people whose jobs demand that kind of schedule every day. I honestly have no idea how some people do it. Maybe it is the food and not the stress that causes the heart attacks.

Watching your numbers. As you said, it is an experiment. You have had success in the past so you know what works. Now you may have two systems you can draw from.
