Waking weight back up to 217.0 at 5:30 am but did not stop eating until 10 pm last night as my workout was very late. No 16:8 today as I have an executive breakfast meeting to attend at 8am. Probably will have a bagel, some fruit and yogurt. Usually the fare at these things. Brought some protein bars as I will be on the run all day. Have a good day!

Morning Bill, I posted my route to Florida on my journal today. We won't be passing DC I don't think. One of these days bud we'll share that Scotch :)
