Done working out and done eating! I increased my weight lifting workout tonight. Doubled most reps (not all). Went until I couldn't go any more on each. Rested more between sets. Pretty worn out.

IIFYM goals doing well, but having trouble getting enough fiber. Added Konsyl tonight (thanks, KJLioness!) Did one teaspoon tonight and will double that every day based on how my body responds.

Will be interested to see how this all works for you. You'll be looking fab come summer with all that extra muscle mass. You already look fab though so perhaps fab-ier ? LOL. I think the weather is crappy there in DC. Hope you get to work from home today.
