Greetings Buddies:

Another day in the North Country! I am sore from yesterday's
Orange Theory workout so opted to stay in the warm bed - but I will go tomorrow morning for sure!

I am starting to get depressed from the Idiot Box and its failure to change - I can tell by my clothes that remain too tight to wear...


And, it is going to get so cold that the Governor cancelled school across the state next Monday! Geesh...

Don't get discouraged! You are doing all the right things, think about how much stronger you are and how much better your cardiovascular system is since you have been going to Orange Theory. You can do this!

Think your weather map needs a good dose of Orange Theory! So sorry about the plateau, but no words of wisdom. Will send magic recipe for weight loss as soon as I find it.

I love your determination--you inspire me! I went from a size 16 last year to a size 6. Unfortunately, I gained it all back (and then some). I can't wait to get in the next size down. I busted up laughing when you said "idiot box." That just made my day :)

Wow, HCB, I think the Kansas weather is bad and then seeing those windchills. Yikes! You are very dedicated about your eating and going to the gym - you will see a loss pretty soon, I would bet. I went to the gym like a good girl today!

Sorry you are feeling discouraged. Just keep doing what you know works. Orange Theory sounds so interesting!! At least you've got the work out thing figured out. :)

Damn plateaus. Have you thought of increasing your calorie intake a bit? That has worked for some people, especially since you work out regularily.
