Feel better JC! Just to provide an FYI (JC I already know you know, but for others) - Each year they have to guess the strand of flu that will be out. Depending on how well they guess, determines how effective the flu shot for that year will be. It may be 30% effective one year and 80% effective the next. Either way, it is always best to get a flu shot. Getting the flu shot reduces your chances of getting the flu and if you should get the flu, it reduces the impact of the flu. This year was the first year my sister didn't get her kids the flu shot because they always end up getting the flu...as a result, my 3 yo nephew had a seizure. It is important to continue to get your flu shot.

Thank you friends♥️ I slept only from 4 a.m till like 5 between the steroids , body aches and cough are the worse. Since up, hubby got me water and Tylenol and now I have the big Yeti mug filled with hot tea and raw 🍯, tumeric and cinnamon and got my meds and vitamins in. Hopefully I can fall asleep again or nap today. Court, I’m sorry about your nephew. He must have had a really high fever😞 Hope you feel better jheeden.

Lol!! Raining here too. Freezing rain and ice pellets. Such a mess. All schools etc closed. Roads are treacherous and a sheet of ice. Not sure I’m going to work today. Got all my housework done and laundry. Up since 5:30. Cannot sleep this week. It’s deadly. 😩
