Woke at 230.2, up 1.0 from yesterday. Some chili and pork rinds last night. Started the day with a mile uphill walk to my building (which I will do every day unless I have an especially early meeting). Just going to target my lower calorie total and keep on going. UPDATE: Came home at 230.2 after the big lunch. Eating some roast beef Denise meal prepped for me last night.

Uphill walking really helps me get in shape as I lose weight. Right now it's not easy for me and some days I just can't do it, but I feel so good when I am able to take on a couple of hills on my walks.

Good plan with the walking. Roast beef sounds wonderful. You are a trooper with all the work you always put into everything you do.
