Discovered basmati rice a few years ago... That's all I use now. Great in chicken rice soup.

A kebab place would be yummy. I love the brown basmati rice. Occasionally will use the white as I like the texture and it's quicker to cook. Thanks for reminding me about kebabs. I need to try some on my new convection oven. It has a kebab rotisserie.
