I just checked my Food Diary and was surprised to find that of the past 10 days since I've been back on track I've only stayed under my RDI for Calories on THREE of those days. Gotta watch that! On the bright side, I have still lost 3.5 pounds and gotten back down under 200 pounds. I have my RDI set pretty high at 1800, but I can still LOSE eating even more. I'm going to make a more concerted effort to stay under 1800 so I can lose even faster. I'm thankful for these tools that can lead to self-awareness and improvement!

I can’t wait to get under 200 pounds! I still have 35 lbs to go til I’m under 200. I have lost 37 pounds, though, so I’m proud of myself! ☺️

So, @Sally Elliott, you've lost over HALF of what you need to! Great job! @HCB, the movie was just ok. The character of Wednesday was nicely developed, but for some reason they had her being older than Pugsley - or at least it looked that way. My favorite part was when Thing was almost caught looking at pictures of FEET! I thought that was pretty funny.

Sometimes you have to eat to lose. Sounds strange, but have found it to be true. Those 1800 cal might be just fine, and you had an awesome loss. Good work.

Debbie I think youre doing great! Im glad that 1800 seems to be more comfortable for you, I thought maybe you were pushing yourself a little too hard in the past but I didnt want to say that because you were really struggling with a lot. Im glad that youre finding balance.

Thanks, Debbie! I wish that was true! I actually have 75 more pounds left to lose to get to my goal of 160. I started at 273 and want to get to 150 or 160. I’ve lost 37.6 pounds so far. 😊

That is why I love this site. The tools we have at our disposal are phenomenal. Good self awareness there, Debbie. I can’t believe you can lose with rdi 1800. I’m lucky to lose anything at <1000.
