Disgusted with lack of scale movement. Feeling way smaller so taking my measurements. I will do my measurements on the 15th instead of the 1st. So this is actually in a 6 week time frame rather than 4 week. I am totally disregarding the 10/3/19 measurements that were bloaty (new word) and gross.
Chest is up 0.5", Waist down 1.25", Top fat roll down 1.2", across navel down 2", Hips down 1.75", thigh- same, calves down .25", bicep same.

Total since February-
Lost 4.75 from chest, 9 from waist, 11.25 from top roll, 9 from across navel, 10.25 from my hips, 5 from thighs, 3.75 from calf, 3 from bicep. YAY! WOW I was quite large and in charge and unhealthy. 😥

NSV- A car stopped while David and I were walking the dog last week. It was the neighbor down the road and she said she only recognized me because of Buster because I have lost so much weight.
I am feeling very fit and very strong but the scale isn't moving. When people think it's moving- its because they forget that I weighed in wearing pj's the day before and they don't check and see that I weighed less on the 6th- which I understand. It isn't like we research someone's weight before clicking the support or saying good drop- except Chris- he is stalkerish like that. :) So while the scale remains unchanged- I'm going to get the hottest body of my old ass 45 year old self. (Lately I keep adding a year to my age. No wonder people think I look younger. I am probably saying I'm 46) Heading to the gym... Back day again! :) ❤

Why do we weigh? I ask myself this a lot lately. Scales stuck for me too but like you, the inches are lowering and the clothes I was longing to wear are getting loose, while the scale is stuck and I’m lifting like a beast. Hmmmm🤔😁

You are bossing the inches. I am like Chris but keep it on the down low. I have been following you very closely since February. I just don't show it like he does. lol So I know when and when not to support, cuz I know better. ;) Keep it 1000% at the gym, this dumb stall will break.

Erquiaga- don't confuse me. I am 45. I had to actually say- Hey Google- what's 2019 minus 1974 because I just keep adding a year for unknown reasons. Sad but true. So much for my idea that exercise keeps the mind sharp as well as the body. LOL

Almost forgot you 2. ;) We'll see what Nov 15th brings. Wondering how I'll do through the holidays. I have a neighbor from church who brings over a plate of assorted cookies and breads she bakes. Part of me wants to tell her not to- but I can't do it. I love her treats and I refuse to start getting restrictive. I just need to learn how to eat a couple a day instead of devouring it all in 3 hours. Moderation... moderation... I can do it!

And 1 more thing before I head to work- I think my bust measurement went up because of my lats- I hope- because the good Lord knows my ta-tas are about nonexistent at this point. Hooray for muscles!

Stop saying you’re old. Age is just a number, there are people who look older than you who are actually younger. You have nice even skin and a beautiful smile. You did an amazing job so far in your transformation, almost at your lightest❣️

My suggestion is to freeze the treats and build them into your WOE.

The loss of inches is very impressive. The scale is deceptive when you're gaining muscle. 💚💜💛 As for age, my younger son is 52; I'm old as dirt! 😁🌈🌈🌈😁

Those NSVs are motivating and the scale will move down eventually. Keep doing what you do - you look great!

I don't have any ta-tas. Hooray for lats? That might be confusing. L2E, we don't freeze treats in our house. Wth does that even mean? Freeze a treat? I 've never heard of such a thing. I'm not the only one eating them. Between me, David and two kids...they go quickly. Thanks moopie. I will no longer say I'm old. Every day is a blessing. ❤️

Nice job with the measurements! Always better than the scale to mark progress. It’s always nice when someone notices your weight loss too ;).

Wonderful, DP! That’s where I’m at—scale not moving (or moving up) but everything fitting and I’m looking better in the mirror. Haven’t taken measurements yet b/c I downloaded the “Remeasure” app Mrs. Roboto recommended, but I haven’t figured it out yet! Congratulations on all your progress and NSV’s! 👍🏻💪🏻
