Disgusted with lack of scale movement. Feeling way smaller so taking my measurements. I will do my measurements on the 15th instead of the 1st. So this is actually in a 6 week time frame rather than 4 week. I am totally disregarding the 10/3/19 measurements that were bloaty (new word) and gross.
Chest is up 0.5", Waist down 1.25", Top fat roll down 1.2", across navel down 2", Hips down 1.75", thigh- same, calves down .25", bicep same.

Total since February-
Lost 4.75 from chest, 9 from waist, 11.25 from top roll, 9 from across navel, 10.25 from my hips, 5 from thighs, 3.75 from calf, 3 from bicep. YAY! WOW I was quite large and in charge and unhealthy. 😥

NSV- A car stopped while David and I were walking the dog last week. It was the neighbor down the road and she said she only recognized me because of Buster because I have lost so much weight.
I am feeling very fit and very strong but the scale isn't moving. When people think it's moving- its because they forget that I weighed in wearing pj's the day before and they don't check and see that I weighed less on the 6th- which I understand. It isn't like we research someone's weight before clicking the support or saying good drop- except Chris- he is stalkerish like that. :) So while the scale remains unchanged- I'm going to get the hottest body of my old ass 45 year old self. (Lately I keep adding a year to my age. No wonder people think I look younger. I am probably saying I'm 46) Heading to the gym... Back day again! :) ❤

NSV keep us going when the scale refuses to budge. You're losing inches and that's fantastic. You're getting stronger and healthier and that's more important than the scale moving. Keep doing what you're doing and eventually the scale will move.

Thanks peeper, laraae, Sarah, Kay and letty. I wanted to get robotos app too because it looked fun but I think it costs money and I have a company cell phone so... Have to stick to my index cards . Sarah - you can support me anytime. 😉I just can't respond to the "way to go's" and "awesome drop" when it's not. Lol. It's crazy how much bloating adds on. I'm glad I'm still losing inches. I started to think I was crazy.

You are such a beautiful person, and if you don't lose another ounce through the holidays it would be OK. I know you don't want that, but you have so much of which to be proud! Your goals to be stronger, smaller, healthier, more confident... ☑️☑️☑️☑️! You are winning! Congratulations! And that is why I too hit the "support" button, because your efforts and your commitment to recording and keeping accountable deserve to be seen!! ❤️

Fathleticsam... That is so crazy to hear someone say. Thank you! Yay! I feel so special! Melissa... I'll be busting my butt extra hard because I can't pass up my holiday snacks. I mean there have been days in the past when I've only eaten chocolate cookies candy and desserts for every meal. 😬 this time I'll incorporate protein and and extra workout.

Well, ya know...muscle weighs more than fat. It can be frustrating if you just look at the scale.

And before any dork says something stupid like, "a pound of muscle weighs the same as a pound of fat", I mean by volume, duh!
