20 net carbs, IF, No snacking
*Eating "clean", few frankenfoods or faux food
*Listening to my body for full signals to control foods
*Had 5 off plan days in total and one this last month
*Inches came off. Especially upper body. I have been left with "stubborn belly and thigh fat" - I think it is primary subcutaneous fat and not visceral. Measuring indicate that my waste is shrinking. Belly less so.
*I have stepped on the scale. It is showing 126.6 right now. Losses may be flattening out.

Not sure what is next. I think for now I will just keep going. I am still a little bit in shock about how well this went.

Belly fat was tricky for me :(. I consulted a friend who is taking a fitness nutrition course, she suggested reducing my salt intake plus ming time at meals to chew properly. Sounded way to simple and odd but it seems to have made a difference. Thought I would share the tip she gave me hoping it can help you too.

I like your gym too. My gym is a couple of brisk half-hour walks around my neighbourhood, lots of gardening and some stair climbing. That belly fat is problematic isn't it? I restrict salt intake but the tummy is still there.

Wow! Looking good! Good for you! Beautiful place for a walk and free of exhaust fumes. I would suggest core exercises for the stubborn belly fat. It's only a few minutes per day! We have seen the transformation on people who post pictures.

Thanks all! You are so kind and the support is so wonderful. At my age I think the belly fat issue is tied to a lot to hormonal issues. Body gets low on estrogen and feels like it needs to store fat that stores estrogen among other things. I am not that concerned. I love getting in shape and moving (and crossing my legs, and actually seeing my thighs when I look down seated, and being able to bend over etc....) But journey is ongoing so who knows.

Missed this post. Joy to read and see. There is something genius about this post. No magic industrial powders or equipment. Get a sence of that the real food has put you on a real life track.
