20 net carbs, IF, No snacking
*Eating "clean", few frankenfoods or faux food
*Listening to my body for full signals to control foods
*Had 5 off plan days in total and one this last month
*Inches came off. Especially upper body. I have been left with "stubborn belly and thigh fat" - I think it is primary subcutaneous fat and not visceral. Measuring indicate that my waste is shrinking. Belly less so.
*I have stepped on the scale. It is showing 126.6 right now. Losses may be flattening out.

Not sure what is next. I think for now I will just keep going. I am still a little bit in shock about how well this went.

Isabella I very often do a walk-run now for around 75 minutes. Probably 3 to 4 times a week. I record in all here so you can look at it. Thanks Mira!!
