this is just my opinion....
that's why I choose to measure my waist, hips, and thighs to see if Im staying on course with my plan to feel better...I am my inches are decreasing ;)

Hey, Maxie! I think inches are a good way to determine if you are making progress. I can't read the white print.

It says "You are not good enough" same as my scale

scalewatcher I apologize this computer where I work doesn't down load well...it states "Your not good enough" also I do fluctuate with sodium etc on the scale so for me that can cause a wrong mind set so I choose to measure...;)

shirfleur so true but so many don't believe...Ive always loved myself and enjoyed my life but then Im a very positive type person and will serch and find something even in a negative situation but then in nursing you see so much illness and death that you just know you are blessed ...
