Good morning my FS friends
My last 16 hr day at work for awhile before we are heading south to the gulf soon....beach time! Yay!
I continue to eat healthy and Ive been drinking so much more water to hydrate …

I really don't have much of an appetite lately... Im so busy outside or busy spring cleaning and don't take the time to eat...
I will notice though when its time to sit down and refuel...and I recharge myself with a healthy choice to continue feeling energized.
Im loosing inches... so I know Im going in the correct direction.

I do hope everyone is feeling well and also very positive towards their goals, have a thankful Thursday...
Im thankful for my health today and for wonderful friends like you here on this site...;)

Maxie, you sound like you're doing great.😊 Husband and I have been talking about visiting a cousin of mine that lives down by Corpus Christi. Where in the Gulf are you traveling to? Hope you have a great time.😊

Clearwater Florida sweetie and that sounds like so much fun traveling to Corpus Christi...we love to go as much as possible ... when we have the time... or course the funds too lol..Thank you sweetie and I hope you get to go visit your cousin and that all your travels are safe ones and the best times too ;)

I eat half my calorie intake around 5-7 pm

In the morning-mid day I only eat to fuel my body. In the evening, I eat with my family a decent meal and even snacks.

@ Erquiaga thank you sweetie and Im trying...well this time of year not really because Im so busy its easy for me...got to get this mind set in the fall when Im less active and want to eat all that holiday comfort food lol;)
