I ate! It felt so good to eat. I am so tired of denying myself. Last night we went to The Eagles Club for Fred me Friday and we ate a Reuben sandwich with cole slaw and french fries. It has been months since I've had a french fry and I really enjoyed them. I also drank 3 beers, it has been almost a year since I have had a beer. Today I am back to the SOS diet(Same Old Shit), but last night was wonderful.

Moderation is absolutely the key to maintaining both your weight and your sanity. You have been around here way long enough to have heard this speech before. Split the fries, split the sandwich and stop at one beer and you could have won gold

All the advice is good, I will try and be more observant about portion control. Thank you all of you

I'm glad you enjoyed it so much. It sounds like you savored the experience and then decided to be aware and dedicated to stay in line with SOS for a while longer. Good for you.

Happy you enjoyed your meal, but you should find foods you like that fit into your way of eating. Life is too short not to be satisfied with your food choices. They can be tasty and keep within your program.
