This is my "in shape" pic difference from last year to this year. Before I regained a good amount of fat back over the winter. It will be interesting to see this year compared to next year. If I focus on the scale, I've made little to no progress. The mirror shows the truth.

Thanks everyone! I was also thinking this is a good example of someone holding a lot more fat than they think they are. Even in my current picture I'm carrying a lot. I can't wait for it to be the midpoint!

Pretty sure I was flexing in both which is why the hand is in the same spot. Pushing against the shelf. I tried using the same filter in the above and it actually made me look less defined so I went back to just the normal lighting.

I'm glad that the weather sucks because it is making my patience even better. My situation reminds me of a recent video I viewed on youtube called, "you're fatter than you think." or something like that. It will still be a while before I am where I want to be and that is ok. Loving the process.

Thanks, Keith. Don't get me wrong, I am happy here but I'm just saying we usually have more to shed than we originally thought. In the before pic, I thought I was 10 pounds out from being pretty lean. Now that I am there, I still have more to go. And yes, I am not 10 pounds lighter but if you add the muscle gain and the fat loss, I'd say the difference is at least 10 pounds.

Aww! thank you ❤, I am thinking that I will look better after losing another 10 pounds too, but I will let myself gain maybe 5 pounds before

YUP - this is why BMI is nor a good measure. You burn a million calories just standing around!
