Woke at 214.6, down 1.2 from yesterday. Went to work and had coffee in the morning and afternoon. Been adding a homemade mixture of a tablespoon (total) of Hershey's unsweetened cocoa, MCT oil powder, and collagen. Got home at 213.8, so doing OK. But blood ketones only at 1.2 mm. Had these nice burgers for dinner, then did my podcast. Ate a ketone protein bar after that to wrap up the night. Burgers with grilled onions topped with sharp cheddar, pepper jack, and swiss cheese.

Sometimes tempted to get a ketone meter, just for the fun of it. Still see it as a luxury, so I guess it can wait till an impulse moment. 😛 My mood is pretty much my measure now. Great mood, high ketones.

I've noticed when I eat beef of any kind I experience a down feeling almost like I've ingested something bad. I know just don't eat it but I am I tried and true carnivore...lol. My Dr has yet to describe this Keto to me. Is there a site dedicated to it?
