Good morning my friends
Another 16 hr day and then Im on officially on vacation YAY! …. We are heading south of here on Thursday morning and Ive been preparing for it and Im more ready with staying close to my plan now...
As I stated yesterday its easier for me to lose weight in the warmer climate because I stay busy...winter Im bored and eat the wrong foods:(

I ran a ton of errands in the morning on Monday after I had my cup of coffee..
By noon I was working out in yard then I mowed the front yard and finished laundry packed etc...so I didn't hardly eat by being so very busy this type of behavior will cycle into easier wt. loss for me ….
I managed to eat 2 small cube steaks I grilled them both... one for lunch and one for dinner with a few cooked onions and later went to bed...not many calories consumed due to the business but I did continue to hydrate constantly and I do feel really good today...

I hope everyone is doing well and staying more positive than ever …
Spring has really sprung here in leaps and bounds and I just love this type of weather here today sunny and 70s are a huge plus in my book even if Im working lol....

Monday Madness
Good morning my friends I hope you had a wonderful weekend.

Im feeling good and energized this morning and that is great especially since Im going to be busy today.
Tons of running... and while Im doing this Im keeping in mind to hydrate continuously and I take along something to eat on plan if I feel hungry...

Im not one to eat if Im very busy...hence is why I lose weight during the warmer months spring/summer and gain weight in the fall/winter...
plus also the different types of foods I eat during different seasons...
less calorie dense for the warmer climate...lots of fresh veggies and grill foods....
more calorie dense for the colder months and also during the holidays calorie saturated foods.
Researching and will be experimenting with more recipes to make for the upcoming fall/winter months something that I can want to stick to plan but dosent make me feel that I missing out....

Also Im now focusing on.. and journaling about how I feel as of now...
how my bodys functioning and my need to continue this as a lifestyle as to be able to preform at its best and how this promotes better health for me...
an huge essential especially as Im getting older.
