I am a 61 year young woman. Now an empty nester with artistic talent and an addiction to sugar! I have been living the Keto life since January 7, 2019. I am excited about the way I feel most days, but am still dealing with lack of energy. I have a lot of health issues I hope to kiss bye-bye in the next year by eating cleaner and killing that sugar monster.
I make copper and sterling silver jewelry and sell on Etsy as PrairieFyre Boutique. I work at a small private college in Winfield, Kansas. It is a sedentary job and I have allowed it to contribute to my ill health. That stopped a month ago. I am now making sure I get up every 2 hours and walk out to the lobby, it's not running a marathon, but at 335 pounds, it is a start. Stay Tuned! More good to come.
Two months in, I am still happy with my LCHF Keto lifestyle! I feel better than I have in a long while, even though the scale doesn't seem to be moving very fast.
