Spaghetti Squash Casserole

Low carb/keto meal using spaghetti squash.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Pre-cook squash, chicken, ground beef and bacon. Dice and sauté onions.
  2. In casserole dish, layer out chicken pieces. Cover with spaghetti squash.
  3. In bowl mix ground beef, onions, half of cream cheese, and half of shredded cheese.
  4. Combine beef mix on top of spaghetti squash. Separate remaining cream cheese into six slices and place evenly over beef mix.
  5. Cover with remaining shredded cheese. Bake at 400 °F (205 °C) for 30 minutes. Top with crumbled bacon.
