I'm a 64 (almost 65, c'mon medicare) retired airline employee. I left my hometown of Spokane, WA in 1976 and have lived all over the country. I returned to Spokane one year (and a few days) ago. I am so happy to be near family and friends again. I quit drinking alcohol and all diet sodas and began eating a low carb diet. I am determined to keep going. I feel healthier than at any time in my life.
