New bio 10/2018 I have been retired for a while now. I am very good about watching the carbs but just don’t lose weight like others. I am still over 200. But I never felt better. More energy, better mood, and more active. No exercise but actual movement.

My blood work is great, the doctor is very happy. Sugar is still high but not enough for meds. So I just have to keep on track.
