I'm 52 and 5 feet. I live in West Michigan and work in the medical field. Current weight about 124. Goal for now is 115, but would love to get down to 105 or so...we shall see! Love to exercise, walk, golf, fish, and read. Love to try new foods and wines as well! Would love to get down to goal weight and maintain it, and Fat Secret seems like a fun and helpful tool to stay on track!
