Hi. I'm 47 and have been struggling with my weight since i was 9 years old. I've finally decided to have bariatric surgery and keeping track of food, exercise and goals are apart of this step. My first goal is to loose 20 lbs to qualify for the surgery. Hopefully, i can loose more than that. I'll have to keep up with this Diary even after surgery to ensure that i loose even more weight and keep it off. this process is a big learning experience for me. I'm having to change pretty much everything about the way i eat. Please, wish me success on this venture and a little bit of luck. I'm gonna need it. :^)!
