Woke at 209.2, down 1.2 from yesterday. Fast was marginally effective. Hoping for more this week. UPDATE: I spoke at a conference this morning and then my team and I went out to lunch afterwards. That ended up taking the rest of the day as we decided to take a 2-4 meeting from the restaurant table. Ate a burger without bun and some asparagus, but also a few glasses of wine. And then when I got home, Denise and I decided to share another bottle with some cheese and dark chocolate for dinner. Don't know what the weight will do but had a great day with three of my favorite girls. Only 2.1 miles today but a nice calorie burn. Working at home tomorrow so I can get in my steps and hydration.
