Looks wonderful. I tried to find the frozen riced cauli at a local grocery store and they just looked at me when I asked about it.

You're psychic... Thanks for the recipe. I could make a meal out of this. Even crumble up bacon on it.

My husband and I bake cauliflower with curry powder, olive oil, and salt and pepper. Bake until the tops are light brown.

Cauli, olive oil, choice of dried herbs and/or spices and bake. Shedloads of variations and great as a veg, main, potato or rice sub - you name it! Another easy one is break into florets, toss in double(heavy) cream with seasoning then bake in a dish topped with cheddar and mozzarella. Good with sausages, ribs, etc

Always good. I love it with some ground fenugreek.

That'd be good with Phil's ribs.

Got the largest head... $1.99. Rare to find it that cheap. On my menu the end of the week. Need too cook up some bacon to put on top too.

There isn't a vegetable that can't be made more interesting by roasting. I roast most of them to get my hubby (a vegetarian) to eat them
