Waking weight this morning was 191.0 lbs. That's my lowest weekday weight to date...I weigh in 3 hours earlier during the week so it's normal to show a little higher number than weekend weighs. I'm continuing limiting net carbs to 20 through this week until Christmas, then will try to enjoy that day and the next few in moderation. Being very encouraged by my recent weight loss success I have good motivation for it. Thursday morning the 24th will be my official weigh in. Hope everyone has a great week!

Way to go when I see someone so close to their ideal weight it just gives me more motivation keep up the good work especially over the holidays

Thanks everyone. Low carb has been my defense the past week and is getting me through this week with treats literally everywhere including my desk as people drop off gifts. Not being able to take a nibble without sabotaging myself keeps me from eating them. I'm HOPING that by Christmas Eve morning I'll be below my goal, that would be a great Christmas gift to myself.

The .8 is probably nothing, and I am super-psyched about the 190 I saw earlier YayYayYay!!! Okay, after your own personal evaluation, are you ready to submit a new goal weight, based on your health & appearance today? Obviously, you can do anything, looking back on your hard work and pay-off progress this year!

@Soon - 190 is definitely not my final goal. I'll be shooting for 180 next then re-evaluate again there. In my best shape when I was 18-20 years old I was in the 170-175 range but I had more muscle then or at least better tone and definition. This coming year I want to work harder at increasing my muscle mass.

You have my support. I know that you had been trying to reach 190 for a while and finally reached it. Congrats! I wish I had your determination. At best, I'm hopeful that I can stay in some control and not face an extreme recovery. Keep up the good works. You inspire many of us...
