It's a box for a cat that's like sending and engraved invitation. Except my Ripley who avoids them as if she knows the box is the one in control.

They've got their own beds, and there are couches, chairs, rugs, elevated padded pedestals (just for them) and they choose a cardboard tray for dogfood lying in the middle of the floor. Got to love em!

Haha I know, I don't get the obsession cats have with boxes!!

Bwhahahaaha - MY cats do the exact same thing! We bought a scratcher thing for them. and they ignored it and scratched the box it came in instead! ANd the sleep in shoe boxes even though they are way too big!

My Merlin never saw a basket that he didn't curl up in. They are their own beings and it's a gift to get to love them.

How do you upload pix of cat??..My cat Scanner, formerly feral,(we had 7 other ferals..now have Scanner, Blanket, Mama cat and Pancake) thinks she is a member of the house of Windsor, wants her pix on FS too..the girl has seriously found her inner princess..and while "Her Daintiness" as DH calls her is willing to investigate boxes like all cats..she strongly advises never moving far from KS bed and $500 duvet..I think she is pretty..Mike says she is a "perfect 3"..she is a tabby... people are always saying to us.."ooh...I do not like cats..they are too aloof"...all we ever have had are the "loof" ones...i.e. cannot scrape 'em off you.. Scanner does have secret shoe and stinky sock fetish..we try to keep that quiet...

I think it's just a cat thing.

A member named Kingkeld did an amazing job of posting instructions on how to upload pics, so I refer you to: https://www.fatsecret.com/Community.aspx?pa=fp&m=284611#284611

Dianne, we have 5 feral cats that we had fixed. Well, Momma was a feral cat and kept getting pregnant and we kept feeling sorry for the kittens and threw them in the house, until I had enough. I put gloves on, threw a towel over her and threw her in the house and hoped for the best. Apparently, she got abandoned because she wants nothing to do with outside, and won't even go near the door. They are all loveable, but my introduction to hairballs was rather - shall we say - DISGUSTING!

Our Mama cat whose name of course now is "Mama"..biology being destiny ...at least when you get named..was hard to trap and hard to spay..vet told us she was a mad woman.....she brought her kittens here....DH and I woke up one day and found 4 little kittens running around in front yard...I said. "Excuse me honey...are those our kittens?"..we looked at each other in confusion..how we got.."little cat family"...Mama cat being excellent judge of character and suckers...she knew her "market"...kittens appeared like 7 years ago in front yard.... Vet told us problem was not intact males but intact females....so we trapped all of our ferals..male and female..got em all fixed..Poor DH got hit with $1200 vet bill..but was end of our kitten problem..we had 2 males and 3 females..both males died from feline aids last year..the males kept getting attacked by the intact males still roaming neighborhood..broke my heart to lose Foxy who was patriarch of family and then his only son and heir Sprout..now we just have 3 girl cats..Mama, Blanket and Pancake. Scanner is inside. But outside girls really are not. They have enclosed heated double garage with cat door. Food inside water etc. They do love to hang out on driveway and sit in middle of road and defy cars..Dianne patiently explained as former boat owner that "tonnage rules"..but they are just not getting that... Scanner's vet bill was $700..how she got her name. Dianne had to forfeit big time high tech office scanner for Scanner's medical treatment. Got cheapo scanner for home office. Scanner got boutique medical treatment at snooty Cat Care Clinic here locally. Local cat spa and vet office. When Scanner began thinking she was rich girl. Now Scanner demands really high level service from "caregivers". Finally told her her last name is Gardner...not Trump. Anyway...we are cat lovers. Ironic for DH since he is highly allergic and grew up petless as child. But DH decent principled man and always does humane right thing. And the HP brought us these cats. So there you have it. They are all down stairs tapping collective little paws awaiting breakfast as we speak. Dianne hops out of bed to do due diligence.

Haha, they do command obedience from their owners (who think they are, anyway).

I have six furry critters(kids) Chewy, Babies, T.J., Sissy, Buddy, and velcro. All the males are fixed. Luv their personalities and deal with the fur balls. :)

Never get a cat unless you're ready to be owned by one.

One cat here. Son named her Boost name fits. Though on paper states I am the owner that means nothing to her she owns us.
