------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ------------------------------------ The cravings will stop!!! ----------------------------------- ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Many years ago, I would drink 5-6 20oz. Mountain Dew's a day at work. I haven't had more than 10 soft drinks in over 3 years now. I started taking home brewed ice tea to work with me instead. Now for the last 6-7 months, I've been taking just water. I don't even make the ice tea for at home and no soft drinks either.

I found that when I stopped drinking soda, my aches and pains disappeared. Anyone else notice that too? You're doing great Isaacben42!!

I quit drinking sodas over 20 years ago. At first it was hard, then I didn't even think about them anymore. To this day I can't drink one, as they are cloyingly sweet - even the diet sodas. Drink water instead.

Good for you. The sugar content is way too much. I f you drank diet it is just as bad because the artificial sweeteners should be avoided. Keep at it!

Congratulations! Eventually you will find you don't miss it at all. I was a former Pepsi addict - haven't had soda in decades!

I read that drinking diet coke makes you crave sugar (real coke). Sneaky Bastards.
