Glad the Old Bay Popcorn is finally gone from our break room. Gone because I ate the last of it, but gone. It was killing me, delicious stuff, I hope nobody brings any more of it in. Will adjust dinner accordingly, have to watch the carb count.

Ahhh .. the days of break rooms filled with decadence.. remember those well. Maybe you could anonymously refill the tin w/fresh fruits & vegetables as a subliminal hint for not only yourself but a nice way to share some health with your coworkers?

Ever tried Old Bay Potato Chips? OY!!! Discovered them last week on the way home from school when I stopped for gas and something to drink. Evil!!!

The other day there was veggies in there. Not today though. Yes I have tried the Old Bay chips, I agree, double evil. At least the popcorn is somewhat healthy if you limit the quantity. If you're a beer drinker have you tried Flying Dog's Old Bay Summer Ale? Pretty good stuff. Anything is good with Old Bay on it.

Popcorn. Can't even look at the stuff without gaining weight. :( So quick into the bloodstream... but then it's really the butter and salt.

There is a restaurant near my aunt's that serves piping hot freshly made potato chips seasoned with Old Bay and served with ranch dressing to dip them in. I am lucky to live multiple states away, I guess.

The hot spicy Jack Doritos, just discovered those at my daughter's. I'm not much for junk food, but those cannot be in my house!!! Sitting here eating popcorn, 2 tsp butter and some Greek seasoning. No oil to pop it, popped in a paper bag in the microwave.

Try adding Virgin coconut oil to your coffee or tea during the day. First it is the healthy fat that your body needs and two, it holds your appetite in check and cuts the craving.

lol Okay guys. I think it's time to let the popcorn thread die. :D (Yes it's bothering me.)

It's not the butter and the salt that is the culprit. It's the popcorn itself. It's pure evil carbs which your body will go to for first to break down into sugars for energy cause it's easier and faster than breaking down the fats. It takes more energy (and longer) to break down fats than sugars and starches.

Jalapeno crunchy Cheetos. I dish them out a serving at a time and don't eat out of the bag.
