Homemade zucchini noodles, $1.39 for 14 ounces. Took about 5 minutes.

The zucchini noodles look really good but I have never tried them. How do you use them?

Tim, the last time I deep fried anything was in 1985. I'm so sorry, but I don't think it's gonna happen. Sounds good though. LOL!!

Shir, thanks for the reminder, I haven't done this for a while, and I've got some yellow squash to harvest in the garden.

Genealogy, I sauté it in a hot skillet just until it wilts, then use like pasta. In this case, I sautéd shallots, mushrooms and tomatoes in a Tbsp of oil, then stirred in the zucchini and let it wilt. It can also be used raw.
