Fasted 18 hours. Had zoodles and mushrooms in a sherry cream sauce with chicken parmesan meatballs, cauliflower, greens and toast. Homemade applesauce for dessert. It was really good.

Thank you gals! My roommate was getting ready to go out while i was cooking the zoodles and even he said it looked good. And he is strictly steak, potatoes and pizza. It was really rib-sticking and yummy. Sorry i eat the same things over and over.

Also froze half of the greens and half of the meatballs. The downstairs freezer is starting to look stocked! I love it for when we get snowed in! 😊

Thank you! It was delicious. I just had leftovers, lol. I am really into the zoodles. Had with basil pesto and marinara.
