Here's rib in your eye! Looks awesome, Bill. I'm grilling NY Strip Steaks tonight. Local butcher shop has them on sale for $5.99 per lb. I'm getting a whole one and having it cut up into a dozen or so 1 1/4" thick steaks and freezing for future consumption.
