Ordered the 21 day fix extreme today. Ready to change up things a bit. Today is my anniversary of 1 year of weight loss. At 150 this morning. That is 86 lbs in one year. I also bought my first size 4 ever. I’m ok if I don’t lose anymore. I just want to continue to gain muscle and burn fat. I’ve already made my goal of being the healthiest I’ve ever been before my 40 th birthday. I quit smoking as well. In a good place today.
