Ordered the 21 day fix extreme today. Ready to change up things a bit. Today is my anniversary of 1 year of weight loss. At 150 this morning. That is 86 lbs in one year. I also bought my first size 4 ever. I’m ok if I don’t lose anymore. I just want to continue to gain muscle and burn fat. I’ve already made my goal of being the healthiest I’ve ever been before my 40 th birthday. I quit smoking as well. In a good place today.

You haven’t posted a picture so it is really hard to say. At 155 and 5’2” it does seem that your BMI would be closer to the 29.. but you said you have muscles. Are you satisfied with where you are? Are you comfortable with what you see in the mirror?. Doe you currently have a way of eating that satisfies and works for you? All things to consider. It is your body and you are the one living in it. You have done an excellent job. You might try maintenance for a while then reassess your situation.
