Calm your mind...set your intentions...let it happen

Happy Wednesday....took off yesterday..but got things ready for my ide that I would be doing this mornin...by riding every other day I’m allowing my body time to rest more between tides..and actually getting more miles in..less days...

When I got up this morning had a scheduled ride on zwift at 550am...got everything set up on bike..had time to spare..set in recliner..and calmed my mind...set my intentions....and followed up...

My intentions were to ride 40 miles...I’ve only done it one other time...took me 2:43 to ge it and I struggled the last 10 miles...today it seemed so much easier...2:28 on time today...and I’m also learning how to eat as I ride to have extra energy...so I’m not running on fumes....

Im thinking if I increase my riding time...which burns more calories..then...might wake up my body..out of maintenance...if it does..it does..if not that’s fine to....I’ve gotten use to being at a certain weight..even though pants are baggy...

1015am....just ate breakfast...and lunch maybe....raining here today...looks like all day off and on...

Yeap steven..a day oo to rest and them miles were flying past this morning...wanted to try 50 after i hit 40...but my butt was getting tired...lol

Before my wreck i was averaging 120 miles some weeks...last 2 weeks been around 100...so yes getting stronger....might even be stronger after the wreck
