How hard is it...anyone that’s been on fs for any length of time has set up a eating plan..if your releasing weight great..that usually why your here..but then you fall back into eating the processed food..one meal turns into two..one day into two..and so on..unless you get a hold of the situation..and take control...

I been here forever...or so it seems...for some the weight falls off...mine did in the beginning...and then once I started cycling more and more...weight coming off slowed down...not a bad thing..means your body is once again adjusting to what’s going on...

I eat pretty clean..or like to think I do..the days I ride..the night before I prep for my ride by having my food layer out on my table that’s sitting in front of bike...waffles in zip lock bag..energy gels..Austin crackers..all things I use when I’m doing longer 30 mile rides on zwift...along with the water and electrolytes...and I been drinking coconut water thru the rides...on days I don’t ride..naturally I don’t eat all the extra...point I’m trying to make..my body tells me I need the energy in past rides by running out of energy..I’ve learned that I need to have food near by when I’m riding..

People...treat food differently...some it’s their best friend...others it’s energy to get them from point a to point b..while others could go without it..if they wanted...

My food addiction has changed over the years...what use to taste as good as it smells no longer seems to be like that..the food with sugar in it...now causes my tongue to be irritated if I eat ..more then I should..yes there are still foods that I want..but over the years my taste buds as well as my sensitivity towards sugar..salt..has changed..

For me..I’ve learned a lot by having a place on fs...learned a lot about food...that it’s changed a lot over the years..and not always with my health in mind...

My day off from zwift today..have started riding every other day...doing 30-40 mile rides..kinda leaves my body drained the next day..so resting more between rides...giving my body time to recover...see if I reap benefits from that...maintenance day on the bike..wax the leather seat..clean the chain..dust the crumbs off the table..get set up for tomorrow’s ride..

Enjoy your day..
