Cabbage Roll Casserole

A quick casserole that is easy to prepare and sure to please.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Chop cabbage and place in a large greased casserole dish.
  2. In a skillet, brown meat with onion.
  3. Add soup, water, rice, salt and pepper. Stir and cook just until heated through.
  4. Pour meat mixture over cabbage.
  5. Cover and bake at 190 °C for 50-60 minutes until bubbling.
